How can I manage my membership?
You can manage your membership directly in the app, whether that’s upgrading to 1:1 Coaching, switching to Group Coaching, or cancelling your membership altogether.
For step-by-step guidance, visit the My Glean Subscription section of the Help Centre.
How do I track my food with Glean?
You can now track all of your food intake on the Glean app itself, using our inbuilt Food Tracker, featuring a huge food database, barcode scanning, meal building, and all your favorite features.
If you prefer to use an external food tracker, we support connectivity to external tracking apps such as MyFitnessPal and Nutracheck.
You can find more information in the Food Tracker section of the Help Centre.
I’d like to invite a friend to join Glean. How does the referral program work?
We’d love for you to invite your friends to join the Glean Community! As a thank you for doing so, you’ll earn a free month of Glean's membership (£25 or equivalent) for every friend who signs up.
Here’s how to get started:
Go to your Profile 👤 in the top left corner of your Dashboard.
On your Profile page, you’ll see the Referrals section just under your profile picture and bio.
Select Copy referral link 🔗 and choose Referral link £5 discount. This will automatically copy your personal link.
Share this link with a friend, and they'll receive £5 off their first month’s membership.
Once they’ve subscribed, you’ll receive £25 credit in your Glean account to use towards future renewal payments.

My Data isn’t recording correctly, what can I do?
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your connected apps! Here are a few troubleshooting steps that usually help:
If you’ve just connected, please allow up to 24 hours for your data to start syncing.
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Glean app.
Double-check that the correct apps are selected in your Connected App Settings to sync the data you want.
Try disconnecting and reconnecting the app in question.
Delete and reinstall the Glean app.
Check that all permissions are enabled in the connected app so Glean can access the data.
One important note: if you’ve set an external app (like MyFitnessPal) as your source for calories, protein, or steps in your Connected App Settings, this will automatically overwrite any manual entries you make in Glean. For best results, log your data in the external app only and let it sync across.
Example: If MyFitnessPal is connected as your nutrition source, make sure to log all calories in MyFitnessPal rather than splitting entries between it and the Glean app.
If none of the troubleshooting steps work for you, please contact us on appsupport@gleanapp.com, and we'll do our best to assist you!
I’ve linked an external food tracker, but I can’t select “Nutrition” in my Connected App Settings. What should I do?
It looks like you’re currently connected to the in-app Glean Food Tracker, which is set as your Nutrition source. You’ll need to disconnect this before switching to an external tracker.
For step-by-step guidance, check the instructions in the Food Tracker section.
Can I postpone the start date of my membership?
It is not currently possible to postpone the start date of your membership. The membership will start on the same day of your purchase.
