How can I upgrade to 1:1 Coaching?
If you’re interested in upgrading from Group Coaching to the 1:1 Coaching plan, you can do so via the Glean app. Simply go to your Dashboard and click on your Profile Picture. Next, please click on Settings ⚙️ in the top right corner, and select Manage my subscription. This will open the Glean website.
If you’re not signed in already, make sure to sign in using the link in the top right corner. After signing in, you’ll be presented with your active subscription which you can manage including to move to the 1:1 Coaching plan.
Once you've paid for your 1:1 Coaching plan, you will be assigned a dedicated coach. You will then receive an introduction message from them explaining the next steps. This is typically in less than 24 hours, but please allow some extra time if you sign up over the weekend.
If the 1:1 Coaching membership is currently sold out on the website, please get in touch with the Member Support Team at appsupport@gleanapp.com, and they will be happy to help by putting your name on a 1:1 waitlist.
How can I move from 1:1 Coaching to Group Coaching?
If you feel you’ve gleaned enough information from your 1:1 Coaching, and would prefer to move to the Group Coaching plan, you can do so via the Glean app. Simply go to your Dashboard and click on your Profile Picture. Next, please click on Settings ⚙️ in the top right corner, and select Manage my subscription. This will open the Glean website.
If you’re not signed in already, make sure to sign in using the link in the top right corner. After signing in, you’ll be presented with your active subscription which you can manage including to move from 1:1 Coaching to the Group Coaching plan.
The change will take place at the end of your current pay period. At that time, you will lose access to your messaging portal with your coach, so please make sure to screenshot any communications you would like to save. You will not be able to see your chat history after the change takes place.
How can I cancel my Glean subscription?
If you decide to go, cancelling your Glean subscription is easy and can be done via the Glean app. Simply go to your Dashboard and click on your Profile Picture. Next, please click on Settings ⚙️ in the top right corner, and select Manage my subscription. This will open the Glean website.
If you’re not signed in already, make sure to sign in using the link in the top right corner. After signing in, you’ll be presented with your active subscription which you can manage, including to cancel the subscription. This will cancel it at the end of your current pay period, and no further charges will be incurred.
If you are not seeing the cancellation button, you may be most likely logged in with a wrong email address. You can confirm which email address you have signed up with by going to Settings ⚙️ and clicking on Edit my details. Once you confirm your email address, please review it and ensure that you're using the same email to log in on the Glean website.

I created my subscription on the Apple App Store/Google Play Store and seem to be paying a higher price. How can I fix this?
To make things a little easier on your wallet, our best price is available when you start your subscription on our website: join.gleanapp.com.
To switch to the lower monthly price, just follow these steps:
- Cancel your current subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Once your current billing period ends, go to our website: join.gleanapp.com.
- Sign in with the same email and password you use for the Glean app.
- Choose your new subscription and complete the payment.
- Open the Glean app as normal. You should see all of your previous data nad progress.

Can I pause my membership?
At the moment, we do not have an option to pause a membership. In this situation, we would recommend cancelling the subscription and signing up again whenever you are ready to come back to Glean, which will have the same effect as pausing.
Don't worry, your data is not affected by the cancellation. When you come back to Glean, you will be able to pick everything up right where you left off.

Can I change my billing date?

How can I update my payment method for my subscription?
If you need to update your payment method for your Glean subscription, just drop the team an email on appsupport@gleanapp.com, and we can send you the link for doing so.
Does my subscription renew automatically every month?
Yes, your subscription with Glean will renew every month, until you decide to cancel. The payment will take place on the same date that you signed up on. So if you signed up on June 2nd, your renewal would take place each month on July 2nd, August 2nd, etc.
